Top One Futures Review 2026: Elite Daily vs Elite Access vs Instant vs Ignite
PickMyFuturesProp · 2026-09-24
Top One Futures has paid out $29M+ in about a year with daily payouts, $39 evaluations and a 90/10 split. Here's how its four account types differ — and the buffers, activation fees and 2-minute news rule you need to price in.
Top One Futures is the fastest-growing name in futures funding right now — a Wyoming firm launched in 2025 that has already paid out $29 million and holds a 4.8 Trustpilot score on 4,000+ reviews. The pitch is speed and price: daily payouts, evaluations from $39, and a 90/10 split on every account type. Underneath the headline there are four distinct products, and picking the wrong one is the easiest way to be disappointed. Here's how they actually differ.
The four account types
- Elite Daily — a monthly-subscription evaluation with end-of-day drawdown, a daily loss limit and 40% consistency while you qualify, then daily payouts with no consistency rule once funded. No activation fee.
- Elite Access — a one-time evaluation with no daily loss limit and no consistency rule, unlimited $35 resets and 30 days to pass. You pay a per-size activation fee when you pass, then get 40% consistency and 5-day payouts.
- Instant Sim Funded — skip the evaluation: a one-time fee, 20% consistency, and payouts every 5 days.
- Ignite — the cheaper instant account with a 15% best-day rule, a 5% profit target per payout and copy trading across up to 10 accounts.
All four trade intraday only (flat by 4 PM ET) on Tradovate or NinjaTrader.
Elite Daily: the daily-payout evaluation
List prices are $178 / $218 / $398 / $549 a month for 25K / 50K / 100K / 150K; with the public SEPT code (45% off at the time of writing) that's $98 / $120 / $219 / $302. Targets are $1,500 / $3,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 against an EOD drawdown of $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500 and a daily loss limit of $500 / $1,000 / $1,250 / $1,850. Resets run $93 to $297.
Once funded there is no activation fee and no consistency rule — you can request a payout daily, with a $500 minimum and a $750 to $2,250 cap per cycle depending on size. Two things to know: the funded drawdown tightens on the bigger accounts ($2,500 on 100K, $3,500 on 150K), and there is a payout buffer plus a 50% daily-progression rule to clear before the first withdrawal.
Elite Access: cheapest way in, activation fee on the way out
The $39 headline price is a limited-time promo (list is $139 / $218 / $259 / $359), and it buys the loosest evaluation in Top One's lineup: no daily loss limit, no consistency rule, EOD drawdown of $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,000, and $35 resets as often as you need them — but you have 30 days to pass.
The catch is the activation fee: $139 / $189 / $259 / $359 by size when you pass (half price if you choose intraday drawdown for the funded account instead of EOD). Funded, you get a 40% consistency rule, 5-day payouts after 5 profitable days, a $500 minimum and a $1,000 to $2,500 cap per cycle, plus a daily loss limit and a contract-scaling plan. Do the math on your size: a $39 evaluation plus a $189 activation fee is a $228 route to a funded 50K, which is competitive but not the giveaway the banner implies.
Instant Sim Funded and Ignite
Instant Sim Funded lists at $419 / $679 / $821 / $939 (about $230 / $373 / $452 / $517 with the SEPT code). You get an EOD trailing drawdown of $1,000 / $2,000 / $4,000 / $5,250, a daily loss limit of $625 / $1,250 / $2,500 / $3,000, a 20% consistency rule and payouts every 5 days.
Ignite is the budget instant line at $218 / $398 / $563 / $799 list ($109 / $199 / $282 / $399 at 50% off). Drawdown is $1,000 / $2,000 / $4,000 / $6,000 with a daily loss limit of $500 / $1,000 / $2,000 / $3,000. Each payout needs a 5% profit target with a $250 minimum, and the 15% consistency rule is strict: your best day cannot be more than 15% of total profit, which effectively demands seven or more solid days per cycle.
Rules that apply once you're funded
Funded accounts must be flat two minutes before and after high-impact news, contract limits scale up with your end-of-day balance on the Access and Daily lines, and payouts come with buffers and per-cycle caps. None of that is unusual, but it's the fine print that separates the marketing from the experience — read the payout requirements for your specific line before you buy.
So who's it for?
- Daily-payout hunters who can live with a daily loss limit: Elite Daily.
- Traders who want the loosest possible evaluation and don't mind paying to activate: Elite Access.
- Funded-from-day-one traders with a steady, low-variance style: Instant Sim Funded (or Ignite if you can genuinely trade to a 15% rule).
Who should look elsewhere: swing traders (intraday only), anyone who hates buffers and caps on payouts, and traders who want a single simple rulebook. We don't have an affiliate code for Top One yet; the public SEPT and BOGO codes are listed on our deals page. Line it up in the comparison tool against Tradeify and TradeDay before you decide.
