How Many Funded Accounts Can You Have? Futures Prop Firm Account Limits (2026)
PickMyFuturesProp ยท 2026-09-27
Futures prop firm account limits compared: how many funded and evaluation accounts each of 21 firms allows, which ones allow 10 or 20, and the household rules that catch people out.
Running several funded accounts at once, often with a trade copier, is how many traders scale up. But every firm caps how many you can hold, and most count the whole household, not just you. Here's every firm's limit from its official rules (checked September 27, 2026).
The firms with the highest limits
- Apex Trader Funding: 20 funded accounts. Up to 20 active funded (PA) accounts per household, including companies and connections, and no limit on evaluations. It's the only firm we track that allows 20. Review
- Top One Futures: up to 10 per program. Limits are per household and set per program: Elite Access and Ignite allow 10 funded accounts each, Elite Daily 5, and the Instant and Elite Sim accounts 3 or 5 depending on size. Top One says some limits change with promotions, so confirm before you buy. Review
- Futures Elite: 10 funded accounts. Up to 10 funded in total, including up to 10 Prime accounts, but no more than 5 across Elite, Custom, Instant and Nitro combined (Nitro alone is capped at 3). Evaluations are unlimited, and only one trader is allowed per household. Review
- TradeDay: 10 accounts. Any mix of up to 10 accounts, with at most 5 Funded Sim and 5 Funded Live. One user per household. Review
- Funded Futures Network: 10 accounts, 5 funded. Extra passed accounts wait in a queue. Review
- Leeloo Trading: 10 funded accounts. Up to 10 active Performance accounts per trader, with lower caps on some account types. Review
The standard: 5 funded accounts

- Alpha Futures: 5 qualified accounts each on Zero, Direct and Standard; Advanced is capped at 3.
- Funded Futures Family: 5 sim-funded accounts and 1 live account per household.

The household rule
Most firms count everyone at the same address: Apex, Top One, Futures Elite, TradeDay, Lucid, Tradeify, FundedNext, Alpha, Funded Futures Family and Elite Trader Funding all apply limits per household, and several allow only one trader per household. If someone you live with already trades at a firm, check before you buy.
Running several accounts
Most firms let you copy trades between your own accounts, with limits. See the copy-trading section of futures prop firms that allow automated trading. And remember that more accounts means more evaluation fees: compare the real cost first in cheapest futures prop firms.
